Ozone - a natural mechanism of self protection

Scientists Find Antarctic Ozone Hole to Recover Later than Expected

"The Antarctic ozone hole is a massive loss of ozone that occurs each spring in the Southern Hemisphere. The ozone hole is caused by chlorine and bromine gases in the stratosphere, an upper layer of the atmosphere, that destroy ozone in an annually recurring process that takes place in the unique meteorological conditions of the Antarctic stratosphere. Those gases come from human-produced chemicals such as chlorofluorocarbons."

Remarks: Temperature may have influences on the size of Ozone hole. For which, the reduction in the size of Ozone hole may not be a positive situation to our ecology. The increases in temperature in Antarctica may have reduced its coverage.

As shown in the above publication, the occurrence of ozone is different from the process of desertification. It can be recovered. The Earth is more likely to be a biological entity. Regenerations of the Earth are not infinite. It is not all of a sudden. The biosphere is her "life cycles". It makes the Earth different from the nearby planets. They left us with physical remains. All methods against desertification are still experimental.

"The upper ozone layer is important because it blocks 90-99 percent of the sun's ultraviolet radiation from making contact with Earth. This solar radiation can cause skin cancer, genetic damage, eye damage and can impact marine life."

Ozone is a natural mechanism of self-defences. It is structurally identical to the inner cell membrane of the mother cell. The emissions of polluants (e.g. nitroxide) by human activities have only changed its size.

Interconnections of the Layered Structures of the Earth

Responding to Elaine Kennedy, “Blog 5 – Conceptual Analysis”, 27 October 2009, available at http://envirosquad.blogspot.com/2009/10/blog-5-conceptual-analysis.html

Ozone DEPLETION recovered in year 2006 (revealed by the NASA report in the post). Such RECOVERY in this specific year may not be a good sign as most of the scientists have expected.

The old thinking of an ozone HOLE is nonsense. The temperature of the poles should have effects on BOTH. This mother cell (the Earth) contains the "channel / pole" to the "outside world (the outer space)" on the "inner cell membrane (ozonosphere)". The INTERCONNECTIONS (e.g. the mantle plumes / the nuclear pores) of the layered structures of the Earth are still controversial.

Remarks: The import and export activities in the nuclear pores can also be found in the mantle plumes. The mantle plumes do not only export magma to the lithosphere. In this case, the lithosphere is structurally identical to the nucleus envelope accordingly. It also imports a large amount of water from the oceanic trenches. Scientists believed that there are a larger sum of water (in whatever forms) being trapped in the upper mantle then those in the hydrosphere. The nuclear pore complexes are the volcanoes along the plate margins.

Earth's Atmosphere Came from Outer Space

"According to the team, the age-old view that volcanoes were the source of the Earth's earliest atmosphere must be put to rest.

Using world-leading analytical techniques, the team of Dr Greg Holland, Dr Martin Cassidy and Professor Chris Ballentine tested volcanic gases to uncover the new evidence.

The research was funded by Natural Environment Research Council (NERC).

'We found a clear meteorite signature in volcanic gases,' said Dr Greg Holland the project's lead scientist.

'From that we now know that the volcanic gases could not have contributed in any significant way to the Earth's atmosphere.' "

Eureka! Science News, University of Manchester – Earth’s Atmosphere Come from the Outer Space, find scientists, 10 December 2009, available at http://esciencenews.com/articles/2009/12/10/earths.atmosphere.came.outer.space.find.scientists

The above research supports the argument that the Earth and the outer space are interconnected. The atmosphere would not be given by volcanic activities of the CRUST. The INTERCONNECTIONS of the layered structures of the Earth do not end with a “rock (asteroid / metaphor)”.

First, gravity is the force to hold the cell (the Earth).

If the atmosphere comes from the outer space, we cannot seperate the layers of the Earth. The first cell did not come from the outer space. Otherwise, the Earth is exactly the first cell (by looking upon it as a unity).

See my logical proof in my research background.
The Earth has her life cycles being carried out inside the atmosphere (cytoplasm).

In the whole, this research cannot be an offense to my scientific hypothesis.
On the contrary, it helps us to understand the linkages between our planet and the universe.

A being living inside the others. The origin of lives is BIRTH.

"The ozone hole is not technically a 'hole' where no ozone is present, but is actually a region of exceptionally depleted ozone in the stratosphere over the Antarctic that happens at the beginning of Southern Hemisphere spring (August–October)."

NASA, Ozone Facts: What is the Ozone Hole?, available at http://ozonewatch.gsfc.nasa.gov/facts/hole.html

If ozone depletion depends on the global temperature, it must have occurred in both of the poles.

" 'Most people have probably heard of ozone depletion in the North and South Poles. This occurs in the stratosphere, about 15 miles up,' Knepp said. 'What people don't know is that we also see ozone levels decrease significantly at ground level.'

Ground-level ozone is very important. It gives the atmosphere the ability to clean itself. However, it also is toxic to humans (animals) and vegetation at high concentrations, like those found in smog, Shepson said."

Eureka! Science, Purdue University – Snowflake chemistry could give clues about ozone depletion, 7 December 2009, available at http://esciencenews.com/articles/2009/12/07/snowflake.chemistry.could.give.clues.about.ozone.depletion

Human destructions have much influences on the ozonosphere - the inner cell membrane. Such kind of human activities due to over-consumptions and over-production (blamed on the global economic system which based on our productivities) may push the life cycles of our planet Earth come to an end in the possible future. As I used to say, “Life has a start. There must be an end.” The process of aging (i.e. desertification) can only be slowdown.

According to my scientific hypothesis Lives in Different Levels, the Earth has a cellular structure. Her life cycles are being carried out inside the atmosphere (cytoplasm). It based on the assumption that the first cell is the planet herself (by looking upon the Earth as a unity). Not a single cell has found to be arrived from the outer space yet. Hence, the most logical explanation is the Conscious Earth. Cell divisions (reproduction) by the mother cell (both the universe and the Earth) have created our world. In the meantime, it is a process of growth. It can be used as a cross reference to the Evolution.

Although it seems very odd to put forward the origin of the universe in this way, my scientific hypothesis shows us the origin of lives is BIRTH.

"Most pollution does not go alone an altitude of around 12 kilometres where the stratosphere takes over from the troposphere. However, new research by a team led by William Randel, of the National Centre for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colorando, used satellite readings to show that hydrogen cyanide, a tell-tale ingredient of Asian pollution, was being thrust up by exceptional updrafts of air inside the monsoon's clouds. . . 'The monsoon is one of the most powerful atmospheric circulation systems on the planet, and it happens to form right over a heavily polluted region,' said Randel. 'As a result, the monsoon provides a pathway for transporting pollutants up the stratosphere'. . . 'Received wisdom has been that gases such as sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxides don't make it into the stratosphere,' said Peter Bernath of University of York, who formed part of the research team. Once in the stratosphere, sulphur can form aerosols that influence the ozone layer. The pollution may also alter water vapour and other components that affect global climate by influencing the amount of solar radiation that reaches Earth."

From the above, the monsoons have bought the pollutants i.e. hydrogen cyanide up to the ozonosphere, which is structurally identical to the cell membrane of our planet Earth - a supreme being without violating any natural rules - in my scientific hypothesis. The pollutions caused by the increasing production in Asia are FATAL to the global (eco-)system. Our economy was built on consumptions, and productivity decides our incomes (or profits). In long term, we are destroying our only resort in the universe.

"The only thing more dangerous than ignorance is arrogance." Albert Einstein

Denying the possibilities that the Earth is a supreme being / the Earth is conscious is an (our) ignorance to the increasing scientific evidences. The desires of the God to be worshipped and her arrogance are pushing us to the blink of extinctions. Life has a start, there must be an end. The denial of her physical presence is a BLEMISH in history. We should have realized the truth for a pretty while (and it must have been - See the Bumper Project in 1949). Most religions are aimed at making the world a better place. They should not become bulwarks against our development. We will soon worth less than a penny if the world’s population continues to grow. Maybe it is time to think about our future.
